Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Carelo, the family care-coordination beta. By joining the waitlist or using Carelo, you agree to them. If you're using Carelo on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Beta service

Carelo is in active development and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we learn from families, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Not medical advice

Carelo is an organizational tool to help families coordinate care. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment. Always rely on qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Your responsibilities

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

Carelo and its branding belong to us. The information you add stays yours; you grant us the permission needed to operate the service for you and your care circle.

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carelo is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of a beta service.

Changes

We may update these terms as Carelo evolves. We'll revise the date above and, for material changes, let beta participants know.
