Privacy Policy
Last updated May 30, 2026
Carelo helps families coordinate care for the people they love. Privacy isn't a feature we bolt on — it's the reason families trust us with something this personal. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and why. Carelo is currently in private beta, and we'll update this policy as the product grows.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the beta waitlist, so we can contact you about access.
- Care information you choose to addonce you're in the app — such as schedules, medications, appointments, and care notes — to share with the people in your care circle.
- Basic technical details like your IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To operate Carelo and share information within your care circle.
- To contact you about the beta and respond when you reach out.
- To keep the service secure and improve how it works.
We do not sell your personal information, and Carelo does not show ads.
Who can see your information
Care information is visible to the people you invite into your care circle, with the access appropriate to their role. We share data with trusted service providers only to run Carelo — for example, Resend delivers our emails. We may disclose information if required by law.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and we design role-based access so people only see what they need. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting this data is core to what we do.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from beta emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing getcarelo@flowops.ca.
Children
Carelo is intended for adults coordinating care and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We'll post any updates here and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated to beta participants.
