Before you decide
Does everyone in the family have to pay?
No. One person subscribes and the whole circle is unlocked — siblings, a partner, anyone you have invited. Carelo is priced per family, not per seat, because care is not something one person does alone.
What happens when the trial ends?
Everything in the free column keeps working, forever. You do not lose your medications, your history or your notes — the trial only ever gated the five things on the right.
Why is so much of it free?
Because charging for the things you do every morning would be charging for the habit. The paid features are the ones that cost us real money to run — AI and storage — plus the once-a-year tax work.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your phone’s subscription settings. Apple handles the billing; we never see your card.
